 Anonymous writes "This year is starting off with NAPH moving forward. There are many tasks being performed by many members and all are greatly needed and appreciated. Several chapters are having successful membership drives. Albert Ost has been representing me by visiting many of the chapters informing them of what we are trying to accomplish on the national level. He has reported back to me on each chapter he visits and I am very happy to hear you all are willing to work together towards the future of NAPH. I want to take this time to thank you all for “pulling together” and doing your part. I have set up an advisory board to advise me on some of the decisions that I may have to make during the year.
We have started a fundraising campaign sending letters asking for donations to support our organization. We hope to get enough donations to keep NAPH continuing to be a successful organization. We still have much to accomplish.
As you all know by now we had to cut one issue of the NNN this year. You will be receiving your next NNN in July. Please have your reports in by the next deadline. It is your responsibility as a director or chapter president to inform us of what you and your members are working on in your area.
Our national convention will be held the end of July this year. Your call to national will be appearing in this issue. I hope more members will join us at convention this year. It is not only a very enjoyable experience but you really get to know what NAPH is all about. I urge all of you who can make it to attend.
I was told by our Bylaws chairman Eric Gentile that each member will receive a copy of the purposed bylaws in time for this year’s convention. Again I would like to encourage each member to read over their copy and give any input they may have.
I will be looking forward to seeing most of you at the Michigan Area convention. Don’t forget we will be having our conference call just before the Michigan area convention. More information will be mailed out to you soon if not already.
To have a successful year we need to work together as a “TEAM” for the good of NAPH “Together Encouraging Active Members.”
